In the second stage of clean room construction, access to the place should be limited at all times. As a result, you should put out a sign at the front door that would tell people to not go in unless it is really needed. For example, you vacuumed the entire area and suddenly some people decided to enter and it became dirty again. The fact that their dirty shoes got in the area would mean that you would need to start from scratch. Of course, that won’t really do anyone favours so you should really go to all lengths in making sure that you should not do much cleaning as cleanliness is what makes the world go around. If you think the world is flat then you may not be alone but it is not really a point to dig deep on. All paper, wood, and cardboard must be taken out as soon as possible. In fact, those materials must not be allowed to enter the clean room construction for whatever purpose it may be. Besides, there can be lots of alternatives to these materials and that should be where you must put your focus on. You can justify the facts that these things bring to the public and keep in mind that you are doing your best to prevent getting sick.
Workers must be reminded to wear booties in the area so any other footwear should be prohibited. The reason for this is that dirt can’t possibly get stuck in booties so you won’t get tempted to wear anything else. There will be times when you will think about going barefoot but that won’t let you produce too much in the near future when you should be prioritizing cleanliness for the place. Add that to the fact that the floors must contain sticky mats. These things would ideally leave the dirt outside of the clean room construction and not inside where it can get a bit worse for everyone involved. As a result, you should try and stay low a bit and do what must be done in order to ensure cleanliness from here towards the near future. Another thing to remember would be leaving the air systems on. Yes, it is a logical mistake to turn them off but this is the stage to leave them on then turn them off at some stage in the future. Also, don’t forget to use a HEPA vac to cut and drill all the materials there. Surely, you can be tempted to use other materials but now is not the time to do that. It would be better to use HEPA vac so that the best results are achieved. After all, you can’t look out for yourself only as there are other people involved in this too and they would want the same amount of results that you are looking for.
